If you've lost or misplaced your report link, or it has expired, we can email you a fresh one. Enter the email address you used when you submitted the enrollment form.

If someone you enrolled still hasn't confirmed their consent, we'll re-send that consent link too — as long as it hasn't expired (consent links are valid for 7 days). Nothing else is needed from you.
